As an online retailer, we prefer you to contact us via Support Notes. Go to
Account/Support Notes and click on the New Support Notes link. Write
your message and click on send message. We will reply to your support note as soon
as possible.
You can also view open support notes, closed support notes and any unread
support notes by clickoning on the SN number in the list.
