- Viewing past and current orders
After login, go to Account/Order. Here you will see a list of your current
and past orders, together with their status. Click on the order number
to see its details. You can also search for a particular order by entering
its order number in the search box.
- Viewing your account balances
Go to Account/Ledgers to see the status of your account. Your account
balance, credit limit and year-to-date turnover is displayed, together
with the ledger of all your transactions to date.
To view full details of a transaction or to print an invoice or credit
note, enter the transaction number in the box and click on Go.
- Changing your password
To change your password go to Account/Change Password and follow the
instructions on the page.
- Delivery addresses
For your first order, the delivery address must be the same as the billing
address for the credit card that you are using. After your first order
you can add further delivery addresses or delete invalid addresses.
When you place a further order you can select from your list a delivery
address for that order.
Go to Account/Delivery Addresses to add or delete addresses.
- Changing your personal details
You can make changes to you personal details, including your user name,
email address, telephone numbers and home address by going to Account/Manage
Profile and filling in the form.
- Additional buyers
Business account holders can add additional buyers to their account
by going to Account/Additional Buyers.
