- Specifications
We go to a great deal of trouble to put our customers in a position
to make informed decisions about which products are best for their needs.
Wherever possible we provide extended and detailed technical specifications,
and we make every effort to update these specifications as products
are refined and improved by the manufacturers.
However, unless specifically indicated, we cannot guarantee to supply
a particular revision of a product, and there may be occasions when
we have to replace the advertised product with a more recent revision
or an upgraded version.
For details of the differences between various revisions and upgrades,
customers are advised to contact the manufacturers.
- Images
Wherever possible we try to display accurate and up to date images of
all products. There are occasions where this is not possible, and we
use similar or generic images to illustrate the advertised product.
- Compatibility issues
Given the many thousands of permutations of hardware and software components
in the average system, we are unable to give advice on the suitability
of products for particular applications or on the compatibility of products
with your existing hardware or software.
If you are not absolutely sure of the suitability of a product for your
application or of the compatibility of a product with your equipment,
then it is important that you check with the manufacturer before placing
the order.
We do not sell products on a 'trial basis' and we cannot accept responsibility
if a customer orders a product that is unsuitable or incompatible with
their application.
