If you find a product to be faulty or damaged on arrival, then you need
to return it to us for a replacement. You must get an RMA (Returns Material
Authorisation) number from us before you send the item.
Customers should note that the incidental costs of returning items to us,
such as packaging, carriage and insurance, are their own responsibility. You should also ensure that you receive proof of delivery for your item. Please read Sections 7 & 8 of our Terms and Conditions for full details.
Go to Account/Returns and click on the link to begin the returns process. You can either select the item from
your list of previously purchased products, or from your previous orders.
Once the product is selected, you can fill in the Request for RMA form
by selecting the reason for the return and telling us about the fault.
In Account/Returns you can view the progress of your request for an RMA
number, and once a number has been issued you should send the item to

with all original packaging, and any manuals, drivers, cables or other
accessories originally included.
